This website is used for communicating information about cultural events and for the online booking of entry tickets.

The information provided on this website is carefully checked and regularly updated. No guarantee is undertaken as to the integrity, topicality and accuracy of the data in the content provided in the context of this internet site. Amendments and errors are excepted . Access to and use of the website, and to any information contained or referred to therein, is done under the sole responsibility of the user. References to other internet sites are characteristic elements of the WWW. However the content of sites referred to is by implication not an element of this website. Any guarantee or liability for content and content amendments on referred sites is explicitly excluded. Ticket ordering takes place by means of an encrypted Modus-SSL-Mode (Secret Socket Layer Mode). Thus the data is encrypted during transmission and cannot be read by third parties. When the system works by means of SSL Moder, the URL converts automatically from http:// auf https://.
Ticket orders by internet, by email, by fax or by means of order form are binding. After successfully sending your booking enquiry you will receive a message telling you whether the ticket order requested can be fulfilled. The ticket price will be debited from your credit card or by bank transfer. Your booking enquiry is only completed when the ticket price has gone into our account.
Please note that subsequent cancellation is not possible. For internet orders with credit card payment there is the option of personally choosing seats within the price category selected. With all other types of order the tickets are automatically allocated according to the best seat principle.

The type of delivery is stated on the ticket order. If so wished, the tickets can be sent to the address listed on the order. The tickets booked can be collected from the box office of the respective concert hall one hour before the beginning of the concert or from the ticket office during office opening hours.
No liability is undertaken for tickets which are lost in the post.
The right to line-up, date and/or programme changes
is reserved and does not give any entitlement to refund of entry tickets.
Changes to the line-up or to the programme do not give entitlement to refund or exchange of tickets. Reshuffles do not constitute a reason for return of tickets in any way; advertisements for the line-up do not apply as a valid basis for ticket purchase. Therefore the right to changes to the line-up remains implicitly reserved by the organisers.
Short delays in the timing of the beginning of the event do not entitle the purchaser to a refund for the tickets purchased.
Return of tickets or compensation for tickets
No return or exchange of tickets paid for is possible. No compensation can be paid for tickets not used or only partly used (eg. for late arrival) or for tickets mislaid in any other way
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In instances where an event is cancelled, reimbursement of the ticket price can be claimed.
The ticket holders will be informed of potential cancellations/postponements/adjournments, insofar as is possible, either personally or by a notice at the event location. Under no circumstances do we accept any liability for travel/hotel or similar costs in connection with cancelled/postponed/adjourned events.
Our Prices
The Lockenhaus Chamber Music Festival undertakes reservation, booking and dispatch or allocation of tickets in advance. The purchase prices stated on the Lockenhaus Chamber Music Festival website or advised by telephone are final prices and are understood as being inclusive of fees and containing statutory VAT.
With the exception of dispatch costs where the dispatch of tickets is required no further costs will be incurred.
